Web AI is growing into team support.
Atlas will be able to ask your team a specific question, relay the team’s reply to the visitor, or hand the conversation to a person and later return it to Atlas. The shared conversation stays in one website chat. Team handoff is still in development; it is not available to website visitors yet.
Availability varies during the limited preview. Supported private saved content is encrypted. For cloud AI requests, an isolated Atlas service decrypts the content needed for processing, and the selected provider receives what it needs to answer.
