Privacy Notice.

This notice describes how Avenfora handles information through avenfora.com and the Atlas limited preview at atlas.avenfora.com. A separate product or partner may provide additional terms when it handles its own customer relationship.

• Account details: display name, username, email address, and password for free preview signup. The signup form does not ask for a mailing address or payment card.
• Content you choose to use: conversations, supported uploads, generated images, and other workspace material you create or submit.
• Service information: sign-in/session information, device or browser details, IP address, and records needed for security, troubleshooting, and operating the service.
• Billing information if you choose a paid plan: transaction details, payment-processor references, and limited card display details such as brand and last four digits. Atlas does not store the full card number or security code. Checkout may ask for additional billing details needed by the processor.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide requested Atlas features, send account notices, respond to support requests, investigate abuse or outages, and administer billing when a paid option is available. We use the content needed for an AI request to generate the response you requested.

Supported private saved conversations, files, and generated images are encrypted before storage and unlocked with your private phrase. A database copy alone does not reveal that saved content. This is not a claim that every database field is encrypted: some account, billing, and operational information remains readable. Content needed for a cloud AI request is temporarily readable by the processing service and chosen AI provider. Privileged control of a live service or delivered browser code is a separate security boundary from reading stored ciphertext.

• AI services: the content needed to fulfill a request you choose to send.
• Email delivery: address and message details needed for account confirmation and service notices.
• Payment processing: buyer and transaction details needed to complete a payment you choose. Checkout does not send your private conversations or files to the payment processor.
• Service providers and legal requirements: information needed to operate, secure, or lawfully administer Atlas.

We do not give a payment processor access to private workspace content through checkout.

Saved items can be removed through available Atlas controls. Account, billing, security, and backup records may remain where needed to operate the preview, resolve a transaction, preserve recovery, or meet legal duties. Exact retention periods vary by record type. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact us; we will explain what can be removed and what must remain. Deleting a visible item does not immediately erase every recovery copy.

You can decide what to submit to Atlas, avoid sending sensitive material to AI services, and manage supported saved items and account settings. Keep your password, private phrase, and recovery materials confidential. Contact us if you believe your account is compromised or need help with an information request.
