Terms of Service.

These terms cover the Avenfora website and the Atlas limited preview. By creating an Atlas account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The preview has limited slots, may change, and may have interruptions or features that are not yet generally available.

The Limited Preview Plan is free during the limited preview. Before the preview ends, we will explain the plans available for continued use. Those options may include a free plan or paid plans. Your preview account will not automatically convert to a paid subscription or incur a charge. If you choose a paid plan, we will present its price, renewal, and cancellation terms before you provide payment details.

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials, private phrase, and recovery materials. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service. We may ask you to confirm ownership before helping with account access. Losing your private phrase and recovery method may prevent access to supported encrypted saved work.

You retain rights to content you submit. You authorize Avenfora to process it only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service and the features you choose. If you use a cloud AI feature, the content needed for that request is temporarily available to the processing service and chosen AI provider. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.

Do not use Atlas to break the law, violate others’ rights, harass people, spread malware, interfere with service availability, access another person’s account, or bypass security or usage limits. We may restrict misuse to protect users and the service.

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review important results before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions. Atlas may link to outside sites or use third-party services for features you choose; their availability and separate terms may apply.

Our Privacy Notice explains information handling. Supported private saved content is encrypted before storage, but not every feature or field has the same protection. The encryption demonstration explains the current boundaries. No online system can guarantee uninterrupted or absolute security.

We may fix, change, pause, or withdraw preview features. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for security, abuse, maintenance, or legal reasons. Before the preview ends, we will communicate the available next steps. Contact us if you need help accessing or closing your account.

Paid plans are separate from free preview signup. Any paid purchase will show its applicable price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation choices before payment. We will not treat silence or continued free-preview use as consent to be charged.

The preview is provided as available and may contain errors. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit. We may update these terms as Atlas changes, with a new effective date and additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
